Ja, no, the New Year's Eve was just out of this world, every detail was spot on! The food was lekker, and the facilities were great. A real good vibe all around!

Only bummer was the checkout chaos, had to wait ages while others were just chilling. Could do with better organization there.

A magnificent only adult. Very quiet hotel, clean and modern facilities, buffet very varied and very good quality (coffee and milk with service in jar of the best). The swimming pool and its excellent surroundings. 100% recommended.

Excellent views from the room. Varied food in the buffet with high quality products. Location at the foot of the sea. Peace of mind and comfort. Friendly staff, the director of the hotel received us on arrival and made our stay easier. Heated swimming pools, nice to have a good time in the water.

Comfort could be improved with better air conditioning in common areas!!! Sunbed reserving issues were frustrating, leading to a lack of available space!!! Extra charges for amenities felt excessive for the price of the stay!!!

The food was tres excellent and the services too. Very well located for excursions and shopping. Very quiet at night. Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed at and very welcoming

Take advantage of the excellent pool and gym area for refreshing workouts and relaxation during your stay. It's a great way to unwind.

We liked absolutely everything!!! Stunning lobby/reception area. Great rooms. Great view. Very near sea/beach. Plenty of restaurants/bars nearby yet the location was quiet and peaceful. Pool good. Staff pleasant and friendly. Food excellent.

great but needs more local options

The breakfast buffet offered a superb variety that catered to every taste. The staff was friendly and eager to assist. I enjoyed the lovely pools, especially the spa pool with a relaxing atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the beautifully maintained gardens surrounding the hotel.

The lack of nearby dining options limited flexibility.

Fantastic reception area and very impressive buffet for breakfast and evening meals. I would recommend this hotel to friends and hope to return myself.

This hotel has a beautiful and stunning reception. Booking in was swift and efficient and we were given a glass of cold champagne while we booked in. All staff were friendly and very helpful.

Evening cabaret acts were poor and not of a very hgh standard.

The hotel staff was super friendly, and the room was modern with a nice view. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and visiting nearby Las Americas for shopping. Make sure to grab a beach towel for the poolside. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

The only downside was that the spa treatments were all booked up when we wanted to go, a bit disappointing.

Our 1st room did not receive the sunshine at all. It seems that this is a common problem with some of the rooms. I asked for a change of room which i was able to obtain after 1 week, which was half our holiday
